Heart Monitor Check

Due to Raelee struggling with rapid heart rate this XC season, we decided to see a pediatric cardiologist on Oct 21st to ensure all was well. She had another EKG and wore a heart monitor for five days- which was during practice to see how the heart rate fluctuated. Thankfully, her heart is doing what it’s supposed to do- it’s a journey and a battle at times, knowing that she may not feel quite the same when she runs again. She is so tough!
