Character Parade & J.A. Biztown

Friday was an exciting day at Tully, as well as for our 5th graders who all attended J.A. Biztown off Jefferson downtown.  Biztown is real-life representation of what running a business is like.  Kids prepare for weeks with their businesses writing ads, creating business cost sheets and loan applications.  Students are assigned jobs based on their interests and "qualifications."  Raelee chose registered nurse in the Biztown Medical Center.  She made us so proud.  She worked circles around her peers and gave her best effort for sure!  She is sure to be successful one day!
Jordyn and her best buddy, Cameron, dressed as Thing 1 and Thing 2 for the Character Parade at Tully Friday afternoon, in honor of Dr. Seuss's birthday and "Read Across America Week."  It was a busy day for sure!  Raelee left Biztown and headed to her friend's, Sophie's house with Hannah and Sydney.  They enjoyed Olive Garden for dinner and staying up until 5:00 a.m.!  They're busy kids, but believe they are creating memories to last them a lifetime.

Saturday, Mamaw, Annie and Claire joined us at the theater to see "Zootopia."  It was so cute!  Mason absolutely loved it and has started his list of upcoming movies he wants to see next.  Countdown to Spring Break!  Four more weeks to go!

Fuller House

Our three kids absolutely loved watching all eight seasons of "Full House" over the years, but enjoyed watching "Fuller House" even more this past weekend on Netflix.  It was all they hoped it would be, and more!  We even picked up a cookie cake for the special occasion.  They were so excited!

Shots All Around!

Last Saturday, Raelee and Mason were due for the kindergarten and middle school boosters.  It's hard to believe our babies are getting that big!  They took it like champs but were pretty sore the next day.  We had a great time, though, that fall-like night roasting marshmallows and hotdogs over the fire pit with Eli and Jackson.
