KPOS State Competition 2019

Jordyn’s determination and ability to push through pain, for her team, amazes me. She injured her ankle a couple days before state at practice, while tumbling. That left her limping off the mat at Alltech Arena on December 21st, at state.  Mamaw and Papaw joined us for the VERY long day of cheer. The generals ended up placing 6th out of 13 teams, leaving disappointed and also a little sad. For so many, this would be the last time they’d cheer on the mat with an MWMS uniform. For others, the last time they’d hit the mat...ever. 

Jordyn was put in a boot for 3 weeks and diagnosed with an upper ankle sprain. She’s now in physical therapy, rehabbing her ankle and working to get stronger and ready to tumble again.
