Fun at Grammy & Poppy’s With Friends

The girls had an absolute blast at Grammy and Poppy’s last weekend. Because we had Monday off, they took advantage of Saturday evening, into Sunday with their besties. After watching Mason play basketball at Bernheim, we all headed to Etown to raid their garage. Grammy bought pizza, had chips, movie candy and everything under the sun to keep them happy. After spending a great deal of time taking pictures, they spent most of the night playing hide and go seek on all three levels. They’re already making sure that weekend will work next year and want to make it an annual event!

A Little Snow...for now

We are anxious to get some snow and Mason was so ready to use his new sled from Buddy. While we did get to walk through the beautiful Cedar Falls path and play for a it, the bitter cold and lack of sledding success, took us back indoors pretty quickly. The girls were having a ball at Grammy and Poppy’s with their friends, so we took advantage of our time with just Mason.  Saturday night, we went to Zaxby’s (one of his favorites) and to see “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”. Sunday morning early church services were cancelled due to weather, so we headed outdoors instead. This sweet boy is growing up way too fast.
