Scout Pinewood Derby 2019

Mason and Daddy designed a MARIO car for this year’s Pinewood Derby, held at the MWFD. Not a top contender, but not last either!  Regardless, he had fun! Way to go buddy!  More weight next year. 😁

Jordyn’s New Boot

Jordyn had been complaining about her ankles for some time. It comes with the territory- jumps, stunts, and tumbling really put wear and tear on your body. In tumbling class two Tuesdays ago, at GymTyme South, she was doing her standing back tuck off the tumble track and landed awkwardly on the mat. She continued the practice. Yet, by the end, she was limping. Sent her to school on Wednesday and then again on Thursday with it progressively getting worse. Thursday night, we decided it was time to take her to Urgent Care due to the swelling. While two radiologists reviewed the xrays and found nothing alarming, a boot was decided to protect it. She rocks it!
