Raelee Finally Loses Teeth!

Raelee WAS the only  1st-grader in Mrs. Antunez's class who had not lost a tooth.  The funny thing was that her grown-up teeth were all the way through behind the bottom two.  After anxiously waiting for months, the baby teeth never came loose.  So, it was time to pull them.  Don't worry, I didn't let Daddy administer the laughing gas, although I'm sure we could all use some now and then.  Thankfully, we have friends in high places.  Dr. Mitchell was a fraternity brother of Marty's and has one of three Kentuckiana Pediatric Dentistry locations in Mt. Washington. Today, the three kids and I headed there to do the deed.  She cried a little after the numbing shot was given.  The place was so neat-- the entire time, she was able to watch Disney Channel as she laid in the chair as there was a t.v. located flat on the ceiling above her.  WOW!  After she trusted me in the fact that the numbing was the worst part, the rest was easy. She received a little laughing gas, which made Jordyn and I giggle a little too. :-)  They were out in less than 45 seconds.  AMAZING!  She looks so cute... and may be a little too grown up to me.
Check out the roots on these puppies... no wonder they never came loose!

Mason... Please?

So Mason has been doing this hilarious baby sign language thing with his right pointer finger and left hand.  We believe it means, "please."  Although, we've thought it meant "more," "happy," "something with music..."  We're rolling with the idea that it means "please."  It's so cute!
