Our girl is 12 and we can't believe it. It's tough having Christmas and having a birthday the day after your little brother, but we managed to squeeze in shopping with Mamaw (hitting favorite stores like Boho Hipsters and Forever 21) and build some special memories with close friends. Her friends Emma, Abigail, Lily and Kimberly all joined us at Main Event for pizza, bowling and laser tag. They also played a few games! Mason and Daddy stayed occupied in the arcade and kept their distance from all the girls! Afterward, we hit DQ for ice cream then a few girls headed back yo our house for a sleepover.
We are so impressed with Raelee's ability to balance school work, cross country and now volleyball for the Lady Generals. She is a go-getter, get it done person who is kind and so compassionate. My prayer for her this year is that she finds herself growing closer to Jesus and that she continues to lead by example. 2017 here she comes!
