Christmas Break 2020

Winter break 2020 was one for the books. Daddy tested positive for COVID on Tuesday, December 15th (our 19th wedding anniversary) and our last day before break was the 18th. We truly tried to make the most of it. We did a lot of driving through neighborhoods looking at lights, went to the drive in to see The Muppets Christmas Carol and Elf, and watched Christmas movies and relaxed.  It consisted of Face Time calls with Daddy, leaving food at the top of the stairs, and mommy wearing a mask for 7 days after his diagnosis (praying I didn’t show symptoms). Mommy started with stomach issues on the 8th day, so I headed to the Norton drive thru testing site on the 23rd. Results came back negative on the 24th!  Daddy came out of quarantine late morning on the 24th. Mommy prepared a big breakfast and we did a google meet with Mamaw, Papaw, and Annie and Ryan and the kiddos. More pictures to come from Christmas 2020.
