Corona virus & Disappointments

The media has been continually adding fuel to everyone’s fire of panic about the corona virus. The world took the next level of precaution last week.  In our world, it all began with word from Kort and Trilogy that any employee who voluntarily leaves the country, will be forced to self quarantine themselves for 14 days. This quickly had the family realize that the cruise would inevitably be cancelled. Fortunately, Grammy and Poppy purchased insurance. Therefore, they were able to get a full refund.  Mommy contacted Disney and also submitted a request for refund. It’s disappointing, yet necessary for these precautions to occur. Not long after, NBA cancelled their season and the NCAA called off the tournament. Soon, all spring sports were cancelled and school was called off through Spring Break (totally 3 weeks).  While the kids will participate in NTI days at home, mommy will be completing chores and to do lists around the house as she will be working through June 11th. 

We’re going to make the most of it!  We’ve even purchased Disney Plus to enjoy some amazing movies while we’re home.
