On Wednesday, June 12th, Mason's cast was removed. The bone has healed very well and he did great, being exceptionally brave as they sawed off the cast and took x-rays of his little tender bones. Even the doctor and nurse were amazed as to how he reacted once the cast was removed. He's such a tough little squirt. We've been to the pool nearly everyday which has been great therapy for his leg. And... eight days after the cast was removed, little man is now taking steps on his own!
