This has been an interesting week, so far, to say the least. All the "spare time" I anticipated having literally has gone away! I understand why 9 hours in graduate school is considered full time; of course, I'm taking 12. I'm determined to be in the classroom next fall. In order to accomplish this goal, I HAVE to push extremely hard. So far, I've really enjoyed the classes, and especially like my professors. I have yet to have a class with more than 12 students in it! :-)
The girls have enjoyed me taking them and picking them up from school everyday. Mason has been sick this week and literally waking up at night EVERY hour. So, sleep has been minimal for Marty and I. But, after taking him to the doctor yesterday and discovering he has hand, foot and mouth PLUS an ear infection- no wonder he has been grumpy. He's on amox. now, and I hope by tomorrow he feels much better!
On a side note-- over the weekend, I took the girls to the pool and Jordyn decided to shed the floaties and swim on her own. Also, she was watching the girls' friend, Dullaney, do back-flips in the water and decided she wanted to try. Needless to say, she's a very quick learner and can now do back-flips in the water! That's my girl!
