So today we were proud to be a part of the "school program" experience. The program consisted of songs, and Kindergartners playing the parts of Indian Women, Indian Men, Indian children, Pilgrim Men, Pilgrim Women, Pilgrim children, turkeys and corn. It was adorable! Raelee's part?.... "Mercy Me." She asked me this morning to braid her hair like Laura Ingles since she was wearing a bonnett to "keep the sun out of her eyes."
Yes-- the girls LOVE "Little House on the Prairie."
