It's been a blast watching Jordyn play soccer this season. She has amazed us with how far she has come and has really grasped the concept of the game. We are so thankful to Coach Jim Rairick for encouraging the kids and helping them just love the game of soccer.
On the way to her last soccer game (on a very chilly 30-degree Saturday morning) Jordyn said, "Mommy... I think I'm going to score 5 goals today." I told her that I was proud she was setting her goals that high and that as long as she did her best, that was all that mattered.
Well... she scored FIVE GOALS!
We look forward to spring soccer at the Y, so our little "Mia" can show us what she's got!
